Conditions and Rules

1. General provisions.

These sales rules (the "rules") are a legally binding document that determines the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the buyer ("you") and the seller ("we") when you purchase the goods in an online shop ( "E-store").

2. Moment of conclusion of the contract of sale.

2.1. The contract between you and US shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment you are in the E-shop, when you set up a basket of goods, specify the delivery address, choose the method of payment and are familiar with our rules, click on the ' Book ' button.

2.2. The contract enters into force when we receive your payment for the goods within 3 (three) working days and is valid until the full delivery of the goods.

2.3. Each contract concluded between us and you is stored in an e-shop.

2.4. An email order sent and printed is a pro forma invoice for the payment.

3. Your Rights:

3.1. You have the right to buy goods in e-shop in these rules and in the order of e-shop.

3.2. You have the right to withdraw from a contract for the sale of goods with an e-shop, unless the contract is concluded:

3.2.1. Participation in games or lotiums;

3.2.2. In other cases, where the contract of sale cannot be waived, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. You undertake:

4.1. You must pay for the goods within 3 (three) working days of the order being submitted and accept them unless agreed otherwise.

4.2. If the data provided in your registration form changes, you must immediately update them.

4.3. By using the E-shop, you agree to these sales rules and must comply with them.

5. Our Rights:

5.1. If the buyer attempts to impair the operation or stable operation of the E-shop, we may limit, without prior notice, the ability to use the E-shop or, in exceptional cases, cancel the buyer's registration.

5.2. We may, in the context of important circumstances, temporarily or altogether terminate the E-shop activity without notice to you.

5.3. We may unilaterally change the terms of these rules.

6. We undertake:

6.1. Enable you to make proper use of the e-store services.

6.2. Deliver the goods you have ordered, to the address you specified and within the agreed delivery period.

6.3. We, in the context of important circumstances, cannot deliver to you the goods you ordered, we undertake to offer you an analogue product and, if you refuse to accept an analogue of the product, return the money paid to you within 72 hours.

7. Delivery policy

7.1. We or our authorized person deliver the goods.

7.2. At the time of delivery of the goods, you must check the status of the shipment with us or our authorized representative. Only the person who made the order or the person who made the order can be accepted or picked up. The reception or withdrawal of goods requires a personal identification document (identity card, passport, driving licence). The courier will ask you to show the document.

7.3. Upon your signature on the invoice or delivery document of the shipment, the shipment is deemed to have been transferred.

7.4. If you notice a violation of the shipment, you must not accept the shipment and mark it on the bill of lading. When you accept the item and sign the packing slip without notes, the shipment is deemed to have been added in an orderly manner.

7.5. Delivery time 1-5 working days after placing the order

8. Return policy

When returning purchased goods remotely (online), Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania is applied, while Article 6.228(11) consolidates the legal consequences of withdrawal

Please be informed that you can return/change all goods sold Puko.lt, except for the exceptions provided for in Article 6.22810(2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania:

1.Goods manufactured in accordance with the specific instructions of the consumer which are not pre-manufactured and which are manufactured according to the consumer's personal choice or instruction, or which are clearly adapted to the consumer's personal needs

2. Packaged goods which have been unpacked after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons

3. Packaged video or audio recordings or packaged software that have been unpacked after delivery

4. Delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines (excluding contracts for subscriptions to such publications)

5. Date or period of accommodation, carriage of goods, car rental, catering or leisure services

6. The supply of digital content, provided that the supply of the digital content was started with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the distance contracts provided for in Article 6.22810(2) of the Civil Code

Within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the item, you can:

a) Replace the item with another item

b) Resize the item

c) Refund of the money paid for the product

When returning the item, the buyer must fill in the return form within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the goods

After filling in the form, a letter is sent to the e-mail address specified by you with the address required for the shipment of the returned goods

Replacement or return goods must meet the following criteria:

The returned item must be in its original packaging

Refund shall be made no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of submission of the electronic return form.

The item must be unused and not damaged by the Buyer

The product must not lose its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, unbroged protective films, etc.)

The returned item must be of the same set as received by the Buyer

In accordance with the procedure established by law, the Seller undertakes to return the money within 14 calendar days after it is verified that the product is in proper condition, i.e. no damage, damage, unchanged parts, all packaging and labels have been identified.

We may refuse to take the product back if changes have been made to the appearance of the product or packaging that were not necessary to inspect the product, including damaged labels, torn protective films, the fact of wearing obvious clothing and violations of transparent packaging that would not interfere with the exercise of the right of inspection of the goods

9. Liability.

9.1. You are solely responsible for the correctness of the data contained in the registration form. If you do not provide accurate data in the registration form, we are not responsible for any consequences that have arisen.

9.2. You are responsible for actions performed using the E-shop.

9.3. You are responsible for transmitting the identification code to third parties. If third parties use your identification code, you are responsible for the actions performed by the third party.

10. Sending of information.

10.1. We send all communications to the e-mail address provided in your registration form.

10.2. You send all notices and questions to the means specified in our "Contacts" section of the E-store.

11. Protection of personal data.

11.1 Any information that is related to personal data is subject to the seller's personal data protection policy, which is governed by the applicable law of the Republic of Lithuania and is carried out in accordance with the state Data Protection Inspectorate's Recommendations.

11.2. The seller does not transfer (except in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania) the personal data of the buyer to third parties other than the persons who contribute to the order, for whom these data are necessary for the successful execution of the order (e.g. postal courers).

12. Final provisions.

12.1. The distribution of any information in the E-shop is prohibited without the express written consent of the seller.

12.2. These rules are governed by the law of LITHUANIA.

12.3. Any disagreement arising from the implementation of these rules shall be dealt with in a negotiated way. Failing agreement, the disagreement is settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

13. Privacy Policy

13.1.Personal information for the purchase of goods in this online shop is requested only when placing an order. This electronic shop undertakes not to disclose buyer's personal data to third parties except where the information is necessary for the partner providing the delivery of the goods or other relevant Services. In all other cases, personal data of the buyer may be disclosed to third parties only in the cases and procedures provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The buyer can register in this e-shop. When carrying out registration-the buyer must complete the registration form. Buyer agrees to submit the registration form with correct, accurate and complete information about yourself in response to the questions that are provided in the registration form. Also the buyer undertakes this information if it changes-update. If the buyer provides incorrect information-the electronic store has the right to suspend or terminate the buyer's registration and to deny the buyer to provide his services.
